Vivo Nex dual display edition has launched on Wednesday. Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition smartphone comes with 10GB of RAM, dual display and a triple rear camera setup at the rear. This smartphone has not any front-facing camera and any sort of notch. The smartphone sports 22.5W fast charging.

As per the announcement made on the company’s official Weibo account, the smartphone is priced at 4,998 Yuan (approx. 52,300) in the Chinese market for 10GB RAM+128GB internal storage. The smartphone is available in Ice Field Blue and Star Purple colour variants. The smartphone is currently exclusive to China and will go on sale in China on December 29.

The dual-SIM Vivo Nex Dual Screen Edition runs on FunTouch OS 4.5, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. The smartphone sports dual displays- a 6.39-inch FHD+(1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 at the front and a 5.49-inch FHD(1080×1920 pixels) AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 16:9. There is a “Lunar Ring” on the rear display. It acts as a light when you take a photo and doubles as a notification alert. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor and comes with 10GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The smartphone’s storage cannot be expanded.

On camera basis, it has a triple rear camera setup at the back. The setup consists of a 12MP primary sensor with OIS and f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP secondary night vision sensor with f/1.8 aperture and TOF 3D stereo sensor with f/1.3 aperture. There is not any front camera. The smartphone is backed by 3,500 mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging. To unlock the smartphone from the front, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor has been provided on front.
