Huawei Nova 4 has been launched in China on Monday. The smartphone features a 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor which is a part of triple rear camera setup and also features 25-megapixel in-display selfie camera.

The smartphone will cost 3,399 Yuan(approx. Rs. 35,300) for 48-megapixel rear camera variant and 3,099 Yuan(approx. Rs. 32,200) for 20-megapixel rear camera variant. The pre-orders for the smartphone have started in China and will available to buy from December 27. The smartphone is available in Black, Blue, White and Red colour variants.

The dual-SIM smartphone has a 6.4-inch FHD+(1080×2310) IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.25:9 and has an 86.3 screen-to-body ratio. It runs on EMUI 9.0.1 which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. It is powered by the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC, which has four Cortex-A73 clocked at 2.36GHz and four Cortex-A53 core clocked at 1.8GHz. The smartphone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which cannot be expended.
The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup and available in two camera variant – One with 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.2 aperture and the second with 20-megapixel primary sensor. Apart from the primary sensor, the triple rear camera has a 16-megapixel f/2.2 aperture ultra wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, accompanied by a single LED flash. The front camera is a 25-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture with EIS capability. It is placed inside the hole(4.5mm wide) in the display.

The smartphone is backed with 3,750 mAh battery. The smartphone has a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. On connectivity basis, it supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C(v2.0) port and 3.5mm headphone jack. On-Board Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, proximity sensor, a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.
