Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 With Triple Cameras To Launch Soon In India

Asus launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in India in April this year. Asus sold over 1 million Zenfone Max Pro M1 units in under six months. Now it is expected that the Taiwanese company to launch a successor of Zenfone Max Pro M1 in India soon. As per the information shared by a tipster, The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 could launch soon with a triple camera setup on rear. A few weeks ago, Asus launched the Zenfone Max M2 in India. 

Asus is also rumoured to bring Asus Zenfone Max M2, the successor of Zenfone Max M1. In a tweet, Roland Quandt has claimed that the upcoming Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 may launch “soon”.The model number of Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2 are ZB631KL and ZB633KL. Roland Quandt also mentions ZB632KL and ZB634KL model numbers which are referred to non-Pro and Pro variants of the phones but are likely India-specific models.

According to Roland Quandt’s tweet, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 (ZB631KL) has a 6-inch FHD+ display powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4GB RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage, triple rear camera, 13-megapixel front camera. The Zenfone Max M2(ZB633KL) will sport 6-inch display powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, 4GB RAM and 32/64GB internal storage, dual rear camera setup, 13-megapixel front camera.

Roland Quandt then adds that he isn’t entirely sure but can confirm the model numbers, the camera resolution, CPU and RAM.

To recall, The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 launched in India in April and in less than six months of the launch, it sold over 1 million units. The base variant of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 which has 3GB RAM+ 32GB internal storage priced at Rs 10,999. The 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage variant of Zenfone Max Pro M1 priced at Rs 12,999. In July, Asus also brought 6GB+64GB internal storage and improved cameras variant of Zenfone Max Pro M1 with a price of Rs 14,999.
