Asus Zenfone 4 Max Getting Android 8.1(Oreo) Update

Asus may be geared up for the October 17 event, where it is expected to launch its Two New Phones but the company has not forgotten about its old smartphones.  where it is expected that Asus will launch its two new phones, Asus has begun rolling out Android 8.1(Oreo) Update to Zenfone 4 Max(ZC554KL), which it launched last year. The updates also introduces ZenUI 5.0, ZenUI 5.0 is the latest version of Asus’ custom UI overlay.

The Software version is 15.2016.1809.412 and these updates are OTA update, like all OTA rollouts, may take a while to reach all Zenfone 4 Max units out there. To check the updates users have to do this – Settings> System to manually check for the updates.

It is worth mentioning that the smartphone originally launched with Android Nougat and ZenUI 4.0 on-board. Asus Zenfone 4 Max is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of Internal Storage. You can also expand the memory of the phone via MicroSD Card Up To 256GB with a dedicated expansion slot.

The Phone has 5.2-inch HD( 1280×720 Pixel) Display. It has Dual Rear Camera Setup at the back, comprised of two 13-megapixel sensors and an 8-megapixel Front Camera. The Phone has massive power pack battery of 5,000 mAh.
